*Valid Identification Documents are required to positively identify each client or witness. Acceptable ID documents include: any DMV issued ID card or driver license, US passport or passport card, officially recognized passport of a foreign country, US military ID, Tribal ID card, government documents containing the person’s photograph and signature, corrections ID.
Remote Online Notarization (RON)
$25/act* (No travel fees apply)
*A $50.00 session fee and a $25.00 document preparation fee apply to all RON sessions. This session fee includes 30 minutes of document preparation and live time on the online signing platform. Multiple documents, multiple signers, additional witnesses or lengthy documents may require more preparation and signing time. Additional time incurs a fee of $30.00/15-minute extension. If your documents do not include required Notarial Certificate language – a state approved Notarial Certificate will be added to your documents as needed. The fee for each added certificate is $15.00.
