Apostille Expedited Facilitation: $120.00 flat rate — (Excludes state filing fees and overnight shipping)
*People at the courthouse often need international document authentication (Apostilles). Premium delivery and handling to package notarized documents and mail them directly to the Oregon Secretary of State office in Salem.
