$10 per Notarial Act +

Service Fee(s) As Explained Below


Coffee Shop Notary PDX charges $10 for each traditional notarial act performed, in accordance with Oregon’s maximum notary fee.

OREGON STATE-REGULATED NOTARIAL FEES

》$10 Notarial Acts Include:

• Individual Acknowledgment

• Acknowledgment in a Representative Capacity

• Verification on Oath or Affirmation (Jurat)

• Witnessing or Attesting a Signature

• Administering an Oath or Affirmation Without a Signature

• Certifying a Copy of a Document, when permitted by Oregon law

*Important: Notarial fees are charged per notarial act—not simply per document, signature, or stamp.

Administrative Fee (s)

*Professional service, appointment, travel, printing, courier, and other applicable fees are separate from Oregon’s state-regulated notarial fees and are disclosed in advance.

Valid identification is required when applicable to the notarial act.

SUITE 13 — IN-OFFICE SERVICES

Located on the top floor at 2nd & Main, across from the Washington County Courthouse

Walk-ins are welcome when I’m available. Appointments are recommended.

Office & Accessibility Zone

Because Suite 13 is located upstairs in a historic building, clients who cannot comfortably access the office may arrange to meet at an accessible location within one block of the office with no travel fee.

Appointments within this one-block accessibility zone are priced as office appointments.

Office Appointment / Convenience & Administrative Service: $40 per 30-minute session { And then ~ $20 per 30 minutes } — One session minimum applies when the professional service fee is applicable.

Oregon notarial acts are charged separately at $10 per act.

Non-Notarial Document Witness Service: $10 for the first document – $5 for each additional document

This fee applies when Coffee Shop Notary PDX is specifically requested to serve as a non-notarial document witness. It does not apply merely because other witnesses are present for a signing.

Estate Planning Signing Session — Wills & Trusts: $80 flat-rate professional service fee — Applicable Oregon notarial acts are charged separately.

USCIS Form I-9 Verification: $50 flat-rate service feeI-9 verification is a separate professional service and is not represented as a notarization unless a separate notarial act is requested and legally appropriate.

Expedited Apostille Facilitation: $120 professional service fee — For clients who need assistance facilitating submission of eligible documents for authentication/apostille processing.

Government fees, shipping, courier, travel and applicable notarial fees are separate.

Please note: Coffee Shop Notary PDX does not issue apostilles. Apostilles for Oregon public documents are issued by the appropriate government authority.

COURTHOUSE & COURIER SERVICES

Washington County Courthouse Document Runner: $40 flat rate — Available for eligible document delivery to the Washington County Court Clerk.

Standard Local Courier Service: $45 flat rate within 5 miles — Additional distance or special handling may be quoted separately.

PRINT, COPY & DIGITAL SERVICES

• Black & White Printing/Copying: $1.00 per page

• Color Printing/Copying: $2.00 per page

• Secure Scan & Email: $10.00 for up to 10 pages

• Additional Scan Pages: $0.25 per page over 10

• Courier: $2.00 per mile when applicable

• Parking, Tolls & Shipping: Actual cost

MOBILE SERVICE FEES

Mobile appointments include the applicable professional service fee, Oregon notarial fees, and one applicable travel fee for one location.

Standard Mobile Notary

AppointmentProfessional Appointment Service: $40 per 20-minute segment or portion thereof — One 20-minute segment minimum applies to mobile appointments when this professional service fee is applicable. Travel fees are separate.

Oregon Notarial Acts $10 per notarial act

*The number of notarial acts required depends upon the documents, signers, and notarial certificates involved.

Estate Planning Document Session — Wills & Trusts: $80 includes up to 40 minutes of on-site professional service — Additional time: $20 per additional 20-minute segment or portion thereof. Travel and applicable Oregon notarial fees are separate.

USCIS Form I-9 Verification: $50 professional service fee. Travel fee is separate.

Non-Notarial Document Witness Service: $20 for the first document — $10 for each additional document

Coffee Shop Notary PDX facilitates the process but does not issue the apostille.

REMOTE ONLINE NOTARIZATION (RON) -COMING SOON– Oregon Remote Online Notarization: up to $25 per notarial act

Remote Online Notarization will only be offered after all required authorization, technology, and compliance requirements are in place.

Additional professional-service pricing will be clearly disclosed before an appointment is scheduled.

No travel fee applies to remote appointments.

☆ BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT ☆

Please have your document and acceptable identification available.

The signer must personally appear before the Notary as required for the particular notarial act.

A Notary Public verifies identity and performs the notarial act requested or indicated by the document. A Notary cannot choose a notarial act for a signer, determine the legal effect of a document, prepare legal documents unless otherwise authorized, or provide legal advice.

All applicable fees will be disclosed before services are performed.
